The Maine Recreation and Parks Association and The Maine Red Claws of the NBA development league are partnering to hold The MRPA Red Claws Hot Shot Competition. Hot Shot involves shooting from five (5) “hot spots” marked on one end of the basketball court. This competition tests each contestants speed, shooting, dribbling and rebounding ability. Winners move on to the state competition to be held before a Maine Red Claws game March 10. Divisions are divided by age and gender. (Register your child based on his/her age as of March 31, 2019)
