  • After School: $70/week
  • Before School: $40/week
  • Welcome Week: $115/5 day week Must be registered for Kids Cave Before and After School program/included in Whole Enchilada
  • Winter Break, Feb. Break, and Apr. Break: $95/4 day school break
  • Thanksgiving Break: $75/3 days
  • The Whole Enchilada Package: $3,870 (43 weekly payments of $90) for before & after school, all vacation days, all in-service days, and all snow days
  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (pays for the first and last week registered) is required for the before and after school program. A $20 non-refundable deposit is required for vacation weeks. (The $20 will be deducted from the total fee for the week)

Auto Pay Explanation
AutoPay allows you to make automatic payments over the course of the school year. Your credit card will be billed every Sunday for 38 consecutive weeks starting Sunday, September 2nd. The last payment will be taken out on Sunday, May 12th. Using AutoPay does not mean your child is registered for vacation weeks. Those weeks need to be registered & paid for separately.

AutoPay works by taking the total cost of the registration and dividing it into 38 payments. You pay less than you would if you were to make manual payments. The benefit of AutoPay is not having to remember to make payments. No deposit necessary when you sign up for AutoPay. Please call us at 992-4490 if you have any questions about AutoPay.

Whole Enchilada AutoPay
How It Works: Your credit/debit card will be billed every Sunday for 43 consecutive weeks starting Sunday, August 26th. The last payment will be taken out on Sunday, June 15th. There will be no refunds for weeks that your child does not attend.

Payments & Cancellations
Payments is due 10 days prior to the start of the week your child is attending (Does not apply to AutoPay). We reserve the right to remove participants from the program if their account becomes more than 2 weeks past due. All cancellations must be made online or at the Parks & Recreation Office. All refunds will be minus the non-refundable deposit.

Drop-off and Pick-Up
We ask that you drop your child off prior to 8:15 am for Before School program. You must walk your child in each day and sign in with a counselor

You are welcome to pick your child up at any time before 6:00 pm, but please be aware that we may be in middle of an activity. We ask all parents to stop in at the desk to sign their child out. All participants must be signed out at the end of the day. We assume anyone listed on your registration form has permission to pick up your child. If not or if someone else will be picking up your child, please notify us in writing. Without written permission, we will not release your child to someone not on your list of approved individuals. For safety, IDs will be checked if there are any questions.
All campers must be picked up by 6:00 pm. A late fee of $15 for every 15 minutes late may be charged. Excessive late pick-ups may result in your child being removed from the program.

Please call us if you think you will be running late.

Kids Cave is closed on Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving (and the Friday after), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Patriots Day, and Memorial Day.
