Safety Guidelines & Procedures
New & Updated Policies:
Program hours are 7:00AM - 5:30PM however due to limited space we are asking that parents stagger drop-off times. Please see suggested drop-off times below:
K-1st Mini Camp: 8:00AM - 8:30AM
2nd-4th Monster Camp: 7:30AM - 8:00AM
5th-6th Mega Camp: 7:00AM - 7:30AM
Car-side drop-off/pick-up will allow campers to have their temperature checked before safely entering the building and program. Parents will be asked to remain in their cars. Traffic will be limited to only entering on the Main Street side of the building and driving around to the Farm Road parking lot before dropping off/picking up in the designated area in front of the gym and exiting via Farm Road.
The same route will apply during pick-up times, with the exception that we are asking parents/guardians to call 5 minutes before their arrival so their child will be ready when they arrive.
Swimming will be limited to Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.
Special Events will be held every week in lieu of field trips. These will be held at Parks & Recreation or other local areas to bring new and exciting groups, shows or activities to our Summer Camp participants.
