Calling All Dancers Ages 19-91 Looking for a new form of exercise?Come dance with us on Thursdays!!  Line dancing is good for your body and your mind. Active brain cells are just as important as active muscles! Think of it as doing a puzzle, math, memory games and sweating!  Cross words and suduko don't burn calories, but these classes will!  It is good for you and FUN!Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. NO sandals, flip flops, sneakers, clogs or heals.     10:00 - 11:30 amCome dance to all kinds of music, from country to oldies to contemporary.  There will be some boot scootin' stuff (no boots required), waltzes and more.
